Tip: With your Realtor and a pre-approval letter in hand, we’ll search for the perfect home that meets your criteria, passes inspection, and is ready to close.

 Initial Investment (Earnest Money and Option Fee)

Tip: Once your offer is accepted, it becomes a contract. Within three days, we’ll submit the Earnest Money (1% of the offer) and the Option Fee ($10 per day) to the Title Company.
